I purchased rp but dident get it and i cant make ticket about it.

Hello!

First problem i have is that bought 5000 rp and it took 35 euro from my bank account which i can clearly see, but it dident give me the email or the rp and the purchase dont show up in acount selection on rp purchase history.

Second is that i cant make a ticket about this because it wont let me log in....

Im logged in right now and i can make this thread but when ever i click the support page it load the pages and im logged out and a blank page is loaded.(Added the lin with picture.)

What do i do right now?

same here mate , still wondering wtf is going on and i kinda want the rp asap so i can grind the pass :/

Same problem, all we can do now is wait. Some ppl got their RP after 20-30 minutes so there's a hope. But we know nothing for sure. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

I just received my RP, exactly 20 minutes. Right after I posted previous comment :D hope it helps guys, just wait a bit more.

Have the same problem as you.What makes it worse is that i put more money that i intended because of that bug and now i cant refund

Probably just gotta reset the client to make it show up; you can still spend it without doing that, though. This bug was on PBE right before this patch went live.
