Purchase Possibilities

So I currently own all available skins that can be purchased or have shards rolled for. Because of this, when the mystery shop comes out, mine is empty. I am missing maybe 27 or so skins, most of which are limited or were only available during a short time and probably will never be available again. But because I have played so long and have supported league for all this time, I would like to look forward to shops and special events as well.

Here is what I would like to suggest.

When you have a customer, and loyal player and dedicated player that has purchased so much from you (skins, figurines, jackets ect.) maybe start adding chromes to the shop? Or maybe even icons? At least there be something else that I can enjoy a discount on as well. Or maybe just give me a huge gambling change some how of getting one of the limited skins I am missing. Give me a special shard to re roll with other shards for a chance to get one of them. In all honesty, this would probably also make you a great deal of money. Having it be, that if some one owns all available skins for purchase, that they could potentially get a chance to get a limited skin, might motivate others to get skin shopping. At least other collectors like myself. And to make it even more appealing to the riot team, consider it having to use 4 other shards with the gambling shard. That way also, all these mass amounts of shards I have been collecting to just re-roll when ever a skin comes out, I would actually use them up for a change.

I feel like this is like being "punished" by a sale on Steam because you already own all the games that is on sale.

That....isn't being punished. That is just the logical end result when one has bought all buyable things.

I would agree, if it WERE all buy-able things, however it is not.

This is why I stopped buying skins that weren't on sale unless it was my main and 1820. I've gotten Tundra and Hyena WW from loot boxes. Then again I hate spending a lot of money so I probably have purchased maybe 70% of the skins I own.
