Good Ornn Runes and Builds?

I've been playing him a lot since he was released. Mostly top lane but i can also pull him off support. I Max W>Q>E Just wondering what some people think are some good builds on him and runes?

Now typicaly i do pretty well with this set up but i know there is always more to learn, what other rune setups are useful on the big guy
