Time zone of clash

So as the new clash game-mode was revealed I was pretty excited to see how was the system going to work, but as a Portuguese player and my time being in the same time zone as I am, we were confronted with the time of start of clash being in 8 pm which meant neither of us could play at that moment, since in our home country we are used to having dinner between 7:30 pm and 8:30 and that makes us unable to compete in this mode which we would love to try. I know that you guys at Riot chose the 8 pm mark because it is probably the most played moment in our region but I also think that players that start playing at that hour probably only play a game and then exit the game. My suggestion is to change the euw schedule to around 9:30 pm CEST time in order to be able to get more players involved into such a brilliant game mode that LoL was needing.
