Losing more LP than you win with balanced or higher MMR.

Seems like since the start of the season the problem just keeps getting worse. You lose more points than you win. Now I'm down in the +14 -18 threshold. This problem did not exist this badly in any other season. Plus, the common saying is that you lose more than you win because your MMR is lower than your actual rating. But I don't think thats whats going on because you get a general idea of how close your MMR is to your actual rating when you demote. If its around even, then you will demote to 75 LP. Higher than 75 LP = higher MMR, lower than 75 LP = lower MMR. Yet I've demoted down to like 82 LP, which means my MMR is higher than my actual rating but im still winning 14 LP per win and lose 18 per loss. Can riot fix this garbage system? Winning 14 points per game is miserable. To go from 0 LP to your next division, you have to win 10 games in a row. Plus, I just demoted while I was at 11 LP. What is going on???
