How am I still honor 2 level 0?

So I've been playing on this account since I think April of 2019, I always have at least 1 honour every game, and I always honour people. I'm not toxic, I don't flame, sometimes I have really bad games, but I am always able to come back later on. I don't troll, I don't int or steal cs. And I'm level 60 now, I really need an explanation as to how I'm not at least Honor 2 checkpoint 1.

As far as I'm aware, the honour system is based on the global average of all players.

You probably are mildly toxic. Itll slow down your honor progress.
