Attempt to join queue failed? (Help Please)22

So i just got in tried to queue for a ranked game got into the lobby the timer hit 0 and the game didn't start after waiting around fifteen minutes talking to people in the lobby who also didn't get in the game I closed the client and reopened and now i cant queue up for any game whatsoever without getting the error message "Attempt to join queue failed" anyone got a work around for this because i doubt riot will respond to my ticket for a few days -.-
