Hello guys..:( please unbann my account..i swear i wont flame anymore..im so sorry..xin rlly made me so mad and i started to flame..please im so sorry dont ban me permanent..i have all champs i have a great account i don t wanna loose it i wanna play..:( please riot help me..im So sorry if this happens again i agree to ban me for my entire life..:([zombie-nunu-tears] im so so sorry..but he was so toxic..after 3 minutes of playin he started following me in junge because i wasant gank him..but it was only 3 min of the match..and then he started feedeing and follow me in jungle..that s why i was sayn to him that he is a slave..cause he follow me and dont leave me play..now im banned permanently..:( please UNBAN Meeee i have a great account i dont wanna loose it cause of a toxic kid..

On the 14-day ban notice it lets the summoner know that the next punishment of any kind will be a permaban. That chance has likely come and gone.

I wish we had met at the time of one of the earlier punishments so we could have helped avoid the permaban. E-mailing player support and asking them about the ban is an option, but it is unlikely that they give another chance to the account.
