When Stationed on a Military Post

Hows it going LOL Community,

So I am currently on my first extended stay on a Military base in the US and the internet in my hotel is absolutely terrible (same with cell service). Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge to be able to maintain a better connection so I am able to play League? As of now it jumps from 70-3000 ping and at home I normally get 39.

the hotels anywhere normally have less than optimal internet. With that being said i served for 4 years and can tell you most internet were I was stationed was horrible unless you were willing to pay more than 100 a month.
