Got a chest today thinking that I was going to get something lame like another skin shard I wouldn't ever be able to unlock or another emote/ward skin or something even more lame. But no. I got DJ Sona. At first, I couldn't believe my eyes at the "Unlock Permanently" option. So, I clicked it, thinking "It's just going to say I don't have enough essence." But I was wrong! It gave me the skin NO STRINGS ATTACHED!

Congrats bro. yep me too i got permanet unlocked spirit guard godyr skin from box 3 days ago. I think riot decided that IF you get one of the ultimate skins ( the chance is VEEEEERY LOW) then you get it immediately unlocked.
Congrats! When I opened my Elementalist Lux shard it was befor ethey updated it to automatically unlock legendary skins so I had to grind for ever to get the essence x.x

Yeah they changed Ultimate Skin shards to be free to unlock, and you can still disenchant for a ton of OE if you don't like or want the skin.
