I have question about the skins we get from the hex chest, so if I already have a permanent skin for example let's say I have "Secret Agent Miss Fortune" in my skins collection do I still get the same skin shard again if I opened another hex chest in the future ?
yes , you might get a skin you permanently own , you can either destroy it and get orange essence or re roll 3 of the skin shards u got for 1 permanent skill .. good luck :)
I can tell you from experience that it is in fact possible to get a shard for a skin you already own. I got shards for Dragonslayer Pantheon and Battlecast Urgot which I both already own. Lady Luck can be a b*tch. So either disenchant it or use it for a reroll.
