This is why I always give a shotout to the supports whenever they perform, even with simple things like good healing on soraka, because a lot of the time we wouldn't have won without it.

Some good arguments here, but in the end every champion has a skill ceiling of some sort, not only supports. Some supports require more skill, some don't require any skill at all.

Supports rely more on reflexes rather than skill imo. Knowing the right time to use your abilities/items is essential to a support.

Imma back up now, I don't want to wrote a 2 page essay ad a comeback.

I cannot believe how entitled support mains are. You are not playing god like support, you are playing Janna, Soraka, Sona, Lulu etc. Your spells scale with no items, you make gold for nothing, you dont even have to ward anymore. Playing support is effortless and dont tell me it isnt when half the support mains I ever played with were checking their facebook feed half the time. Go back to season 3 . Then and only then people should appreciate you.
