If i remember correctly, Mystery champion shard would give you a champion you don't own, if i have all the other champs is it a 100% that i'll get her?

For those who wonder, you are not able to buy mystery champion shards if the available champion pool is lower tan 10. Gotta pay the 7.800 BE for Zoe
