My first day at work at my new job and a guy who works for me asked me out. Told him I would have to get back to him. I really want to go on dates finally but its kinda weird that he works for me. Don't think its ethical either.
If you don't think you should, then you probably shouldn't. Even if you want to. It sucks but it's probably for the best.
If he seems like a nice dude I would totally go for it. Don't let work get in the way of potential happiness :3 I'd at least give it a chance imo

Rule number one. Don't screw the staff. It never ends well. And if it doesn't all go to plan, working with them would be pretty awkward.
it's always a gamble. obviously you have to keep work professional, but if you believe a potential relationship is worth more than your current position then go for it (sometimes people request to move around in their workplaces for the sake of not letting relationships affect work, so it's not absolutely one or the other every time, but again still a bit of a gamble)
Did you even read through the last post you made on your life issues? You got a lot of good answers if I recall. Seems to be like you have much bigger issues to deal with before you start jumping into the deep end. That is if this isn't just an elaborate troll effort, starting to wonder at this point.
How do you get to be Regional vice president without learning the most basic tenant of any job. You are never supposed to date the people under you. Unless you have zero influence in their job which doesn't sound like it is the case nothing good can come of this. It opens up so many cans of worms, including legal issues if things go wrong which they often can. I suggest you go back and read over the last life issues thread you made and take the advice to heart.
