No skins in loot boxes
It's been exactly 12 loot boxes since I got a skin shard in them. What the fuck Riot.

Are you talking about actual loot boxes you can purchase/earn with S ranks, or are you talking about the level up capsules that don't actually give skin shards and only give champ shards? This isn't Overwatch - there are two completely different styles of content boxes in this game.
