Did the challenges to get a golden tocket something for the chromas on the loot store. But can someone tell me...

I own Dragonblade Riven from a long time ago and i thought i'd get the golden chroma for the sake of having it as a mini accomplishment BUT If i decide to forge one of the other chromas does it give me the skin together with the chroma? Because if that's the case i could get a free skin out of it... anyone knows what's up with this don't wanna press something like forge warring kingdoms kata and end up beeing told when you buy the skin you'll ge the chroma lmfao.
