League is unplayable in my country

So I live in Iran, and I love league I absolutely love league and last year riot limited our access to league and we had to use vpn to login and everything was fine we turn off the vpn and the client reconnected and everything worked, but now i dont know what happened everything has stopped working the game is extremely laggy, cant open my shop cant see champion abilities ban phase takes like 5 minutes, most games i end up dodging because my client is stuck in ban phase and it sucks that we who absolutely have nothing to do with politics have to pay for actions that someone else committed, it's honestly frustrating not to be able to play a video game that i love and enjoy
