Enemy has a 57% winrate support while we have a 35% winrate one. Can "picking a statistically horrible champion" be a reportable offense?

Ornn is the secret Janna counter
I think Ornn can be good as a niche support but probably NEEDS to be paired with a utility CC carry like Ashe or Varus to take advantage of that brittle debuff.
Easy counters to Janna..... Nami, Zyra, Thresh depending on if your even half decent with him.
For ADC role just pick a champ that can deal with their ADC and has good poking rather than engaging.
