I accidentally clicked on the wrong button and was wondering if it's possible to get my shards back

I have been saving up for Xayah because me and my girlfriend play bot lane together a lot. She plays veigar, and I don't know any ADC's well enough, so I just play Vladimir. We aren't level 30 yet though, so it's low enough elo that we do good a majority of the time. I don't have the type of IRL income to spend $ on this game, but I have been saving up for Xayah so we could practice Xayah Rakan bot lane. But I had about 4500 bits, and I got a nocturne shard. I accidentally clicked unlock champion and used 2880 bits to unlock Nocturne as a champion permanent instead of getting more shards. I don't have any more refunds, is there a way I could get my bits back? It's very hard to get bits at the moment. I have 7 chests and 0 keys, even though Riot support says that you get a higher chance of getting key fragments when you play with friends, and a majority of my games are with my girlfriend. I really want my bits back, is it even within Riot Game's power to get my bits back?

when were you told that? Keys have been working differently for a long time now. You don't get keys from games anymore, only from time. Anyway, I'm afraid the only thing you can do is play more games. Levels give you champion capsules that you can open for champion shards, then disenchant for blue essence (bits). Every 10 levels you get a "glorious" capsule which gives you higher-value champion shards (2 6300 BE champions I believe) so you might be Lucky and get a xayah champion shard, which would mean you could unlock her at a discount. You could always buy ashe and practice playing ADC until you save up enough for xayah, too.
