One thing that could help your ranked games.

Being Silver 4 I tend to have a lot of bronze teammates. Someone being bronze obviously doesn't make them the worst player on the team because even I sometimes get carried by one. But the thing abou people who are either Bronze 2 or 1 is that there is a major difference between the skill level on all of them. Some of them are actually good and deserve to be in silver or higher. Others are average and deserve the rank they got. But then there is the one group of bronze players that everyone hates. The I just hit level 30 and bought all the cheapest champions so I can play ranked. I actually have been in a game with someone who has a 50 mastery score when I almost have 300. When ever riot decided to pair some of these people together, they seem to look at ranks only and completely neglect the fact that this guy may have just started playing 2 months ago and puts him on a team with years of experience. If riot had taken the factor of these mastery score the teams would turn out to be a lot more fair.

The normal recommendation for ranked is to have 2/3 champions per role considering people play 2 roles and fill support. 3x2=6 plus 1/2 for support say 8 champions now lets assume a mastery score of 6. So if a player did what most coaches consider to be the ideal to climb, they would of a score near 48. IE your just spaming random champions and cannot really play any of them well.. Did you know that winrate goes up the more you play the same champion? I have a d2 on my friends list with only 157 as his score, I wonder if he would climb out of bronze/silver quickly.....
