Champion Mastery System should be renamed to Champion Enthusiast System

There is no fucking way you can justify referring to it as Champion 'Mastery' when you have a system that makes no distinction between a Bronze and Challenger player in the same Mastery Bracket. Not to mention, it takes far less time to get a Champion from MR5 to MR7 than it does to get them from MR0 to MR5.
