Can we have a "random skin"-button in champion select?

I've a pretty hard time choosing which skin to use many times. Would be fun with a "random"-button that randomly selects one of your owned skins for you.

Ideally, we'd be able to exclude skins from the random selection.

While I've only purchased skins I like, I've received a few from Hextech Crafting that I'd rather not have to use in-game.

I just rotate through my Kat skins (the champ I have most skins for) every game
