Seriously, enemy team had 4 Mastery 7s but I didn't really suspect anything, I only play normals. But when the game ended I suddenly realized that this was a RANKED game, jfc... this is the 2nd time this has happened xD.
That sort of thing happened to me too.
Back when we still had the old client, I was so tired that I accidentally selected "Ranked Draft" instead of "Normal Draft".
I was all like "Why so serious? This is a Normal Draft." And my irritated teammate was like "No! This is Ranked!" Then I was all like " :O ".
Needless to say, that was the only Ranked game I played that Season.

I've done this before. I accidentally queued up for Ranked Flex and I didn't know it was a ranked game until 2 days later when I was looking at my match history. Good thing it went well and my jungler made mid so easy for me xD
The worst is when u queue for ranked solo and u end up in flex with a silver team vs a plat 5 man
i've queued up for Ranked before but it turned out to be normals...... I was so confused because this was Plat/Gold Elo and my top laner was bronze 1...I assumed he was hard smurfing but then he died 4 times in 10 minutes. I was so irritated and then checked on OP.gg and it was normals....I had never been so afraid of a ranked queue in my life...til i realized it was norms
When soloq died and there was only flex I used to play some normals with friends, 2 times they accidentaly picked ranked. In both games we found out after the game was finished. We somehow managed to win both games. One game I played singed proxy for the first time, went quite well, we had a 5 man premade. The other game I played my usual normal game jungler pick at that time - onhit Twisted Fate jungle, with 3 randoms on our team. Devourer/rageblade/firecannon. When I saw it's ranked I realized how hard I troll picked.
dude i just played two games on rengar in a row and they turned out to be ranked, I swear i was queueing up for draft because I just started playing rengar and only had two games on him prior to the ranked games. I ended up getting fed but I didn't realise it was ranked until after the second game where I saw I gained 20 lp like wtf
