CC And Overall Game Lethality

The overall game speed has increased with more lethal items and stats, which I think makes the game less enjoyable. But the real issue is that CC has not changed with lethality, Morgana's q and other champions still have their Timed cc since they were created. If you increase gamespeed you also need to decrease cc to make it more balenced.
