Nerf jungle xp nerfs jungler involvement with steamrolling lanes. That was the discussion a while ago.

Well in theory jungler has too gank often and get kills so he can be similar lv with laners not powerfarm. Thats RIot new logic. Also if you are 3 lvs+ behind then something went horribly wrong in your game.
