Except Zed and Jhin's legendary skins were confirmed over 2 months ago and Noob Saibot was announced/released 10-15 days ago (which wasn't even that big of a surprise considering he's been in almost every single game in the series)

Yeah, no. Zed/Jhin Legendaries were hinted at in the Dev Diary from earlier this year. So you told us nothing :)
