I had 20k but I upgraded a champ to mastery 6 so now I don't :(

With this much BE plus what I'll get from runes, I'll have enough for Urfwick. But I don't know if I want it. I really like exclusive skins but it doesn't have any particle changes AND I don't play Warwick.
