REMOVE THE BOUNTY SYSTEM FOR FARMING! FARM SHOULD NOT GENERATE A BOUNTY! It's bad enough cs gives so much more gold, now if you fall behind 6 kills the guy with all that gold from kills can collect 1000 gold from you for just farming up and still being down 1500 gold to him. The system was supposed to be a comeback system but it's an anti-comeback system. Every game I see a 0-6 teamate go 0-7 with 150cs and "shut down, an enemy has claimed a 1000g bounty from your 0-7 teamate" like come on riot, it's not rocket science.

As of right now beyond more than half of the league roster in not viable nor fun to play vs the overpowered meta champions. With league of conqueror and lucian, riven, vayne, leblanc, and other champs who are at insane winrates stomping every champ they meet, it's not fun anymore.

Let me summarize to you all a TL:DR of how to play league.

Top lane dies level 2, comes back to lane to a lvl 4 lane opponent. He hits lvl 3 enemy hits lvl 5 and kills him with a 2 level lead, usually a forced kill, even a tower dive @ lvl 6. Top has a 3 level lead.

Mid lane dies, enemy backs after pushing and taking a plate, enemy mid now has 1-2 waves (350g + 160g plate + 300 kill) and has 910 gold advantage + a level lead. Mid lane is lost after an early death unless an extreme misplay happens.

Bot lane: This lane needs no explanation, as soon as one side or the other dies, the other snowballs out of control in an insane fashion. The damage is paramount, the exp lead + the kill lead and gold lead is just too large that the only way to come back is by getting a jungle gank and nobody dies, against 2 champions with a 2 kill lead. If the enemy gets a single kill during the comeback gank then it's still in their favor, and if 2 people die you're still losing lane badly, if it turns into a triple kill you just lost the game entirely, even if top lane is 10-0, and mid is 6-0.

Jungle: You gank and go 3-0, top lane loses tower by 9 minutes and is 0-6, you're being invaded top side and lost half of your farm and are at risk of dying. Vise versa bot lane loses lane and your whole bot side is not safe nor available for you to farm. If they win lane now you gain all those resources from your enemy jungler and you win lane and game.

What happened to dying 3 times and making a comeback with a crazy outplay and winning the game through good gameplay?
