We should add geolocation to the Japanese server

Sorry for posting on EUNE boards... But apparently there is no Japanese server boards here. Why is that? Anyway, we should only allow people who physically reside in Japan to play on the Japanese server. But why? We are suffering from a ridiculous influx of Plat/Diamond players from China coming to smurf on our server for kicks. It ruins the game everyone. Not only that, the server is FILLED with bots farming levels. Can something be finally done about it?
