Devils advocate, Ezreal's Late game has 44% winrate

He has around 62% winrate in the early game but falls off tremendously hard late game and have a 44% winrate.

I dont think it will be fair to nerf him when he is just super weak late game.

Buff his lategame and nerf his early.
