On another note, how good is Nimbus Cloak + Celerity on Volibear? I know it’s great in ARAM, especially when combined with Righteous Glory and maybe even Predator as multiple ways to reengage after being peeled.

Because they made his q toxic, ive literally spammed stunned someone after getting 3 stacks on them, 1.5 duration with a 2.2 cd...doesn't matter if the enemy team doesn't know or even try to play against it, im already being told they wanna perma ban him

I would be fine with these changes if I didn't constantly feel like im playing a champion that is about to get nerfed / become perma banned despite still sub 50% winrate.
