What will riot games do when they have to refund all of their skins ?

serious question here they can take away your ability to play the game but did you not "buy" your skins and items? im sure in court that .0006% will turn into more like 50.0% i have played for a long time and have noticed that most people complain about being either banned or suspended i do not know 1 person that has not had some sort of punishment taken towards their account and riot says "this prevents most players for doing it again" that's a complete lie they expect you to play their competitive game, and not care about the outcome they say just mute "_____" and report them after the game! i can mute all and normally do mute all but .......when i am top lane and i have 2 others on top with me just feeding anything or anyone that comes up there im not allowed to say "gtfo of top man" or "why are you doing this shit" or "your wasting your life and my time just leave" EVERYthing i just said i have been punished for, my point is in this game its ok to be a complete troll and you will never get any penalization for it but if you say one word to them poof reported and banned. i lost my first account along with 2 of my friends because of 2 people afk they sat in base all game no keep in mind it was our promo game we needed to win it we all really wanted to get into diamond before season end we all said shit to them both shit like wtf are your guys doing shit like that nothing racial, sexist or anything really bad then went on about the game when the game ended i typed 1 thing and that was report "_____" and "____" for going afk and poof a pop up came up saying my account was permabaned me and 1 of my other friends didn't even get to report the real trolls, so me and 1 of my RL friends get permabaned and 1 got a 14 day for talking shit to 2 people not even attempting to play the game all they did was run to a tower kill 1-2 minions and teleport back to base, now im not saying what we said was "good" but honestly it was not worthy of permabanning someone like this is a competitive game i feel like if your above say silver it gets very competitive and yes it is a sport also, it would be similar to having 2 of a 5 man basketball team run out on the court then just lay down on the floor lol the ENTIRE team and all of the fans would trip the fuck out hahahaha even more of them would trip the fuck out if the 3 players actually trying got ejected from the game and not allowed to come back because nothing in the rule says you cant just lay down on the court like i dont know any other way to put it it is NOT against your terms of service to run down a lane kill 2 minions and port back to base the one and only reason for a player to do this is to poach your accounts that's it and well i fully blame the report system for that
