When are the honor rewards released?

When will we receive the honor orbs, lvl 5 skins and wards?

You get the orbs and lvl 5 skins when you reach that rank. Only the wards are part of the season end rewards. They are currently given out but it can take up to a month. I already got them.

I just got my Honor ward skins for 3 and 4, but not 5 even though I've been Honor 5 since before the season ended
