System Error d3dx9_39.dll PLEASE HELP!!!
The other day my laptop had troubles logging in (logging into my laptop NOT LEAGUE OF LEGENDS) , It kept on playing up and so i decided to factory reset the laptop but keeping my files on here. After doing so i load up league of legends and decide to have a game, after picking a champ in champ select and patiently waiting for the loading screen, this error pops up and it reads
" The program can't start because d3dx9_39.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem "
Having this happen, it has made me miss the ranked game i q'd up for and has given me 5 20 minute ban, im not typing this because this is unfair and i shouldnt of been given 5 20 minute bans blah blah blah, but thats not the case at all, i dont care about the bans i truly just want this game to work again. Now usually when errors occur during logging in or waiting for loading screen or whatever, i do a quick search on google or youtube and every time i look and find something that helps me.
Until now, i have spent hours upon hours downloading and redownloading the same file and pasting it into files that i apparently dont have. Its either theres something wrong with my laptop or theres a file either than this d3dx9_39.dll that i dont have, also i dont think resetting my laptop would cause a single file to go missing. Now after downloading 15 of the same d3dx9_39.dll file and pasting them into a file that it already exists in, i decide to do what the error said and i decide to uninstall and reinstall the client. But not only did I do it this once, i did it twice more too because thats how much i tried to get this game to work.
Now ive legit ran out of videos and links that will apparently help me with this issue and dont get me wrong they usually do but the only option that i have left is to fully reset my laptop and ive got nothing to back my stuff up on and i dont think id want to lose all my stuff over league of legends but im almost at that point because this game is legit. So please if there is any way you could help me before i reset this laptop, then please do so because nothing else seems to work.

Also ive downloaded the hextech repair tool and nothing really happened after it installed, im not sure if thats what it was meant to do or not but just want to add this in here.
