Please implement a region lock.

It is ridiculous when I queue up in the morning and get nothing but Chinese players only speaking in mandarin and languages that are foreign to NA and complaining about high ping. I recently made this account so I could get it to level 30 and have another account to play with friends, but in every game, at least 50% of the players in my game are from China. It is upsetting when I can't communicate with my teammates, my teammates are lagging too much to play well, and I feel like I'm not even playing in NA. I don't know if it's just a problem at lower levels and/or if it's a problem in the morning, but it just shouldn't be a problem. A region lock, or something similar to reduce the amount of players not from NA, would be nice to see so that I can actually communicate with teammates and feel as if I'm playing in NA with players that aren't constantly lagging.

I do not want everyone blocked if they're outside the region. Just areas in regions that surpass an average ping count, due to the high ping counts from players playing from places, such as China and other areas in Asia. Players surpassing certain ping counts make the competitive play worse for the team they're playing on when they could be playing in their own region or a region closer to them.
