I was wondering if there's a way to earn RP for free but legally because I reaaally want omega squad teemo but, I don't have enough money to buy it.

Not sure if it is still a thing, but a couple years ago, you could redeem bing rewards, or now microsoft rewards it seems https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/ and get a burger king card and the code worked for Riot's system as well.

Not sure if it still works, but this is as legal as you are gonna get probably.
