Rank promotion series error

I only lost the 1st game of my promotion to Gold 3, and I instanly lost 16 lp... Same thing happened during my promotion to Plat 3 in preseason, only lost 1st game and got instantly out of the promotion. Anyone has the similar problem?[sg-janna]

Given it's only you this has happened to (no mention of it in boards) im assuming its something you did without realising it that ended your promos
