I a gonna say this, the game is in a terrible, shitty state, come back in preseason and hopefully riot will have fixed this high dmg garbage bullshit.
Honestly, I don't mind League at it's current state, but a lot of people are complaining (I mean when aren't they though).
The big things you need to know though is that, Bruisers are strong, if you're jungleing you need to have strong early game duelists (Xin, Graves, Tali) to fight over the scuttle (it's a mini objective now), Assassins are strong mid, but mages are still ok, bot lane is a shit show, Crit ADCs got pushed out in favor of Mages, Bruisers, Duelists, and a select few other ADs, althought Crit ADs can still work.
Dont listen to them. Just take your burstiest or bruisiest pick and go wild. Its magical. Everyone is a magician. Here you have a champion and one frame later POOF he disappears. Absolutely marvelous.
