Is report feedback bugged or something?

I swear to god, I've reported so much toxic players this season (actually toxic, not crying or something). Plyers that were wishing someone a cancer, their familly to die and stuff like that. I did not get a report feedback once. Why tho? Why they keep playing? Or is it just bugged?

The feedback occurs irregularly for many reasons (privacy of the player, not a revenge tool, no need to actually know their punishment, etc.).
