Her kit is well-designed and offers multiple, viable build-paths. She's mechanically-intensive and requires good game sense, allowing for a lot of skill expression. What I like most about Zoe, though, is that her combos and the tools available to her are fair, meaning that success with her is something you earn. It all comes together to make a Champion that is both fun and rewarding to play.

Without any doubt she is one of the worst designed champions in the game.
At least you could Dodge old AP Nidalee's spears. Zoe has CC and that same limitless burst.
Not fun to play as because Mages are clunky.
Not fun to play against because if you get hit one time you are dead.
And bad for the game because you have one dumbass running around with no care for the game, they just want to one shot everyone.
Her E is super fun to use, everything else could be changed.
