Hello! is it still okay to use LolWiz? I don't wanna risk getting my account banned, so i figured i'd better ask before i do anything stupid

It's fine to use.
It's fine. It doesn't mess up the game nor it gives a direct advance.
The only service it provvide it's basic information and suggested build you can find just browsing few sec on internet.
DOTA 2 for example got a similar system implemented in the game itself.
