Uhm no. I do not want to see Zed or Vladimir in this skin line. Hell, I don't even want Kat in this skin line. Karma also seems too "good" to be in this skin line, as the existing characters are more dark sided.
Syndra is about the only one on your list that fits for this line.
Hmm I don't want Zed or Vlad in a Witch theme, or even Kat. Just no. They don't feel right. Karma and Syndra could be a nice though.
