In all seriousness, he's a talented game designer who loves to bend rules and break conventions, and his champions are some of the most unique things to come to League. However, his reputation for making champions that are wildly fun to play, but incredibly frustrating to play against, has earned him quite a bit of animosity from the community.

Yasuo has to charge his Q and charge his passive, and his Windwall is on a very long cooldown, longer than most things he's going to want to block with it. He needs to push to charge his tornado, so let him push and harass him to pop his shield and discourage an all-in. Bait out the Windwall, then hit him with your full rotation when your cooldowns come back and Windwall hasn't yet. You can see and hear when the tornado is ready, so steel yourself to sidestep it and keep your distance from the wave so he can't E-R you.
