Why should the shots leading up to 4 have the same value as 4?

4 is perfect. 3 is almost perfect. 2 is half way there. 1 more is all he needs after the third.

So with this in mind, the space-time continuum should fold proportionately to cause every shot to be the fourth shot, and the fourth shot should deal 100% max HP true damage and pierce all shields and invulnerability statuses.

We should also request mods to move this to GP&B. We're almost literally doing Riot's job in this thread.

Better idea. If Jhin lands all 4 shots of his ultimate on a target, the 4th shot deals 444% max hp true damage (screw shields/heals saving them) and a rose blooms on the dying player's screen before going grey.

And yes, 444% because it's on the 4th shot, so four 4's.

This could work just so long as he needs 4 seconds per shot.
