How to counter flash?

Hey, I'm new to League and I would like to know how to counter flash as Zed, what should I do if I ult onto them, throw the shurikens but then they flash to dodge the shuriken, should I bait out flash with shuriken or force them to flash by E and right clicks?

E and auto attacks, or just accept that they blew a 5 minute cd to escape your ultimate.

try and wait until u have to q and if they still flash then u just ult them a minute later and kill him x 4
