I have been honor level 2 for 4 or 5 months. I came back to game at level 50 ish, now i am 110 (to give u an idea how much i play). I do not understand why I cannot get lvl 3 honor... Literally every game at least 1 or more people honor me... All i want to do i play URF with my friends on pbe. I wouldn even be playing live server if i had lvl 3.
Please help, btw i play all game types 
but mostly aram atm.
I am nearing honor level 5 on my account. Only play ARAM except for ranked recently. I am not sure what to tell you. Seems like you should be three according to your post. If you get one honor or more every single game, as long as you've been playing the account, then either your math is off or you feel like you should have more honor than you do. IDK. Play some bot games and be super nice. Might help.
Queuing carries and supports in ARAM would probably be your best bet as they seem to net the most honors. I've been playing this game an unhealthy amount, and each checkpoint has been taking around 2-3 weeks. The honor grind is a slog.
Make it a point to avoid chatting except to compliment your teammates, and honor someone after every game. I don't think there's much more you can do.
i feel like when i play there are groups of 2+ on my team who only honor each other.... so its silly.
So what i am hearing right now from above post seems to sounds like you would advise me to bounce off the proverbial thighs of PVE community of league.

I've been honor level 2 and had League of Legends since release, not really sure how honor level is decided, but hey just playing to have.
nah, im not toxec, and i can carry with lots of different champs. i also honor someone every game so that it says in chat that everyone has honored someone.
Your probably toxic,just not enough to get banned, you probably also dont honor ppl after games.
