where is the season kickoff sale 2018?
everytime a new season starts riot has put rune pages, summoner name changes, and other things to go on sale. but i dont seem to find any news about that for this year

If it happens, is the name change sale done by RP only or is it BE too? 13900, or whatever it is, is a lot.
Probably trying to fix their account transfers which have been down for months and were supposed to be fixed already.
