Sent in a ticket on this. I live in texas, so my region is supported, but every time i try and play it tells me that it cant determine my region. has anyone else run into this or know of a fix for this?
Did you send the ticket to the Runeterra support and not the League support?
I am having the same issue. I am from NYC and I am traveling in ASIA atm. When I tried playing LoL NA server, I didn't need to use a VPN, so I thought it was okay and been playing the NA server even if I was in ASIA. then this game came out and I couldn't play it because of that error. I tried using VPN, but it still says it. I can play LoL NA w/o issues though ( With VPN or none)
Same issue in Toronto. Is it a BUG or not? PLS somebody helps us to solve it. M waiting for it for a long time.

same issue here as Im from the euw server, whenever i try to log in to Runeterra it tells me unable to determine region.

For some reason your country is not set to a region that is supported.

I have a screenshot of my region being set to taiwan.
The Only way to fix it is by sending a ticket to riot request it to be changed: https://support-legendsofruneterra.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
