League of legends NEED HELP skin questions

Today I opened up hex tech kog maw now I got I got the skin I played with it. I set it as my background and then i checked my collection and it wasn't showing up under mythic skins. It was a mythic permanent and i can still use it is this justs glitch or is there an issue why i can't see it in my skin collection.
