Picture dates back to 2009, always feels good to have new things come up every once in a while. You can clearly see that the name is cut into "McDo" and "nald's", with several thin lines separating them and the rest of the panel, so I doubt this is remotely close to legitimate. Which might be the reason no one realised as construction went on.
